5K Run & Health Fair
Saturday, June 13th @ 8:00 AM | TBC Life Center
Whether you’re lacing up to run the full 5K or strolling through the 1-Mile Fun Run, there’s a place for everyone — every age, every fitness level, every pace. There is no registration fee, though a $5 donation is always appreciated to help support the event. And if even that is a concern, just reach out — scholarships are available because we never want finances to stand between anyone and a great time.
While the race is in full swing, stick around for our Health Fair (8:00 AM – 11:00 AM) happening right on-site! Bring the family, cheer on your favorite runners, and explore wellness resources, helpful information, and fun activities for everyone.

Tables will be set up in the Family Life Center from 8:00 AM to 11:00 AM
This is a high-traffic, high-energy environment with participants, families, and community members flowing through all morning

🏃🏽 Health & Wellness 5K — Volunteer Roles Every role matters. Every runner notices. Thank you for making this happen!
📋 Registration & Check-In (2–3 Volunteers) You’re the first face our runners see — so bring the energy! You’ll handle bib pickup, waivers, and last-minute questions to make sure every participant feels welcomed and ready to run. This team also supports finish line timing/recording and medal handouts. 🥇 (Some volunteers may rotate between tasks!)
🚦 Course Marshals (3–5 Volunteers) You are the backbone of a safe and successful race! Positioned at key turns and intersections, Course Marshals keep runners on track, moving safely, and feeling supported every step of the way. This is one of the most critical roles on the course!
💧 Aid Station Crew (4 Volunteers) Hydration heroes, assemble! You’ll keep our runners fueled and refreshed at the water station — because every great finish starts with great support along the way!
✨ Clean-Up Crew (Flexible) After every great event comes a great clean-up team! Help us leave the space better than we found it — because how we finish matters just as much as how we start. 💪🏽
