WELCOME TO TABERNACLE BAPTIST CHURCH GASTONIA
Hello and Welcome to Tabernacle Baptist Church Gastonia. We are honored and delighted that you have joined us today. We pray that you are blessed by the information presented and that you will be inspired to connect with us in person for Sunday worship or through social media or our live stream channel. We are committed to a four-fold vision of ministry: Exalting Christ as Lord, Equipping the saints (believers), Evangelizing the lost (unsaved, uncommitted, and unconnected), and Empowering people to discover and live out their God-given purpose. It is our prayer that you will maximize your God-given potential and to live eternally the abundant life God has ordained for you. We also pray that you will join us as a covenant member of this local TBC family as we grow together in holistic faith and as we “Expect the Phenomenal in God!” (Ephesians 3:20)
Anointed to Win,
Dr. Benjamin Hinton, Senior Pastor

TABERNACLE BAPTIST CHURCH COVID-19 Response
The holistic safety and well-being of our members, guests, and their families are our top priority during the heightened COVID-19 pandemic and the impact on our families and our global communities. We will not walk in fear, but in total faith in God (2 Timothy 1:7). However, while we are spiritual and biblical believers, God has called us to practical wisdom and common sense. Therefore, we will exercise precaution, fully respect, and adhere to the health practices of our federal, state, and local government.
As a church family, we will be vigilant in staying informed as we hear information each week. Bible Study will continue on Wednesdays at 12:00 PM and 7:00 PM. All Sunday worship services are cancelled until further notice. Please join us via Streaming Live at 10:00 AM. We encourage you to stay connected through Social Media platforms or contact the church office. We will communicate all services or meetings through our TBC platforms (Website, Conference Calls, Call Post, Facebook, Text Alert, Group Chats, etc.). Please continue to be faithful to God though your giving. Our giving platforms are online with Givelify and your offerings can be mailed in or dropped off at the church office from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM.
According to the CDC (Center for Disease Control), COVID-19 is a respiratory illness that is mainly spread from person to person through sneezing and coughing or through contact on surfaces. For more information, access the CDC resource: https://www.cdc.gov/coronavirus/2019-ncov/index.html
The World Health Organization recommends these protective measures for the community.
• Practice Personal Hygiene: Wash hands frequently (or use Hand Sanitizer)
• Maintain Social Distancing: Stay six feet apart from anyone
• Avoid Touching: Eyes, Nose, and Mouth
• Practice Respiratory Hygiene: Cover your mouth and nose with a bent elbow or tissue when you cough or sneeze
• Symptoms: If you experience any symptoms get medical care early
As with every major emergency, Tabernacle Baptist Church will remain vigilant in prayer and proactive in our efforts to ensure we are prepared to respond and mitigate this threat. We will continue to adhere to all local, state, and federal directives until God heals the land (2 Chronicles 7:14).
