Dear Ministry Leaders,

As we begin planning for the upcoming year, we invite you to take part in the 2026 budget request process. Your input is vital to ensuring we are equipped to carry out the vision and mission of each ministry effectively.

To begin, please complete the 2025 Ministry Accomplishment Form and be sure to press the submit button once finished. This form will automatically be sent to both the Christian Education Department (CED) and the Finance Committee.

Next, complete the 2026 Ministry Budget Request Form and press the submit button at the bottom of the form. Like the accomplishment form, this will be automatically forwarded to the CED and the Finance Committee.

Please note: Both forms must be completed and submitted in order for your ministry to be considered for a 2026 budget allocation.
